Chalk everywhere

Worked on squat clean + split jerk today! Evidence includes the chalk lines I drew all over the floor to help me with foot positioning and the chalk that followed me home on my pants
Monday -

STRENGTH - Every Minute on the Minute for 8 Minutes
1 Squat Clean and Jerk
at around 70-80%

METCON - 3 Rounds
1] Power Clean and Jerks 65# 
10 Burpees I did bar facing
REST 2 minutes
3 Rounds
5 Power Clean and Jerks 75#
10 Burpees I did bar facing
