I don't know how many workouts I've posted for July or if we're even doing this anymore, but I ran 3 miles today.

Morning yoga

During lunch meeting:
50 air squats
40 situps
30 knee pushups
50 lunges (25ea)
40 situps
30 knee pushups
100 stepups (50ea)
40 situps
30 knee pushups

Abs: 3 x 30 sec ea
Russain twists
Flutter kicks
Toe touches

I fell off the posting wagon, but not the working out wagon. 
Worked out with my roommate, we did a core session with YouTube experts, pausing for 3-5 push ups bw each activity.
