20 air squats
10 each leg front lung
10 each leg side lung
10 each side step ups
1 mins wall sit

Repeat 3 times

Ended with some abs :)
Minute plank
30 sec side planks
15 supermans
30 bicycle crunches
50 penguins (25 each side)
50 Russian twist (25 each side)
Minute plank
30 sec side planks

And about four full length staircase sprints chasing the dogs back down to the living room
