First Crossfit Back...

Haven't been to Crossfit since before I wrecked my "good knee" at the Boston game. Decided to give it the old college try today. Kept everything very light so I can walk tomorrow...135 on the deadlifts during strength and 25 for the DBs during conditioning. Completed 79 total calories on the rower across 5 rounds. Turns out rowing is kind of hard when you can't extend your knee...gotta start somewhere!
