Lunch break crossfit

WARMUP
3 minutes on the bike
2 rounds:
10 kettlebell RDLs
5 inchworms
10 band pull-aparts (in front of body)
10 band pull-aparts (behind head)
5 strict K2E

STRENGTH - Deadlift 
3 sets of 5  155#

METCON - AMRAP in 12 Minutes
40 Toes to bar  Started off with toes to bar, then switched to toes to parallel after about 10
30 Burpees  I did bar facing burpees
20 Deadlifts  135#
10 Handstand Push-ups  I did pushups off a 24" box

SCORE: 1 + 30
