Ran one imperial mile, mostly uphill (actually though, my loop ended at 0.8 mi and I made up the 0.2 mi by heading back up the hill!) Hi-vis shirt really coming in handy!




20xpushups
2x30 sec plank
A bunch x bicycle kicks
50 x body weight squats

PT exercises

Hot date later, so maybe some extra cardio??? I’ll keep you all posted.
