Sunday recovery
Went to the Duke gym for 30 minutes on the bike. It was a 5 minute warmup, 10 rounds of 30 seconds hard 90 seconds easy, and then a 5 minute very lazy cool down. I finished with 100 situps and 20 minutes of stretching.
