3 Workouts I forgot to Post- 12/23, 12/27 and 12/31

I keep forgetting to Post, so here is an update on multiples that I have done.

12.23.19-combo workout. See image for everything I did. Plus the normal 10 min Elliptical workout


12.27.19- Cardio to work off all the beer and food

20 mins hill intervals on Elliptical, level 4
Row 2500 meters
10 Mins elliptical, level 5

12.31.19- Cardio

25 Mins Hill intervals, Level 4

5 rounds:
250 Row
15 bent over rows
8 goblet squats
Sled pushes
