A) 15 calories on assault bike  (First time on assault bike holy shit)
B) 15 Double KB Deadlift (40s) + 100 ft farmer's carry
C) 7 bench press (75) + 50 single unders

4x20 seconds L hold (2 from rig, 2 on parallettes)
