Snatches on snatches


STRENGTH
Every minute for 10 minutes:
3 hang squat snatches for quality/depth, all at same weight (55)

I struggle with squat snatches but I really had a breakthrough today thanks to some good coaching points and by keeping the weight light I was able to consistently land in a full squat instead of my usual landing just above parallel and having to squat the rest of the way down  #progressnotperfection

10 box jump overs
20 double unders
10-8-6-4-2 power snatches (55-55-65-75-85)
