3/1 & 3/2

3/1-Sunday did my timed mile- cut some time but didn’t hit my goal :(
Matt timed my 400 splits which made me discover I suck at pacing since my 2 and 3rd 400s were a solid 15 seconds slower than my 1st and 4th

3/2-Thus inspiring Monday Runday (That and not actually playing touch on Saturday)
Totaled 3 miles on the treadmill but worked on increasing speed each 400
Started at a comfortable jog and increased by .2 each lap until the final 400 of the second mile was at my target mile pace
Did the last mile walking a 400 then running a 400 at my target pace- x2

Ended with a ton of stretching thanks to all the scrum crawls/lunges
