-unbroken burpees
-not to break the pushups or lunges into more than 3 sets each time
-not to break the situps or squats into more than 5 sets

Also went for the usual 2.5 mile walk and did 30 minutes of HEART OPENING FEEL GOOD YOGA and I really did feel good after
