So I signed up for Chris Hemsworth's app today because Rona is really making me look for things to do.HIIT Session:
5 min warm-up (jumping jacks, air squats, lateral lunges, inchworms, etc.)
The following was :45 effort, :15 rest:
eccentric push ups (slow movement going down (that's what she said?))
single leg bridge(e/s)
lunge around the world (front lunge, lateral, reverse, switch legs)
burpee + lateral jump
push up into downward dog, reaching for the opposite toe
air squat + lateral jump
squat (plus 2 pulses), then kicking the leg out to the side
These were :40 effort, :20 rest.
Sit-up plus reach for the sky
scissor kicks
windshield wiper motion with knees together
sit up + punch each side
Lateral high knees
spider walks
jumping reverse lunge
donkey kicks
PART II: Brute Force Day 11
3 Rounds:
AMRAP - 3 min
25 ft walking lunge
25 ft crab walk
AMRAP - 3 min
12 lateral lunges
12 Russian twists
