2-3 min jumprope
50 squats (lightly weighted)
40 stair jumps?
30 burpees
20 pushups
20 bent over row (50#)

Was supposed to be timed but my creepy neighbor went on his back porch to watch me. Then went in to his car and was watching me through his sideview mirror (so I decided to take a break to see if he would stop which he did) then he resumed watching from his porch again (literally with his chair turned towards my parents backyard instead of his own) once I started working out again so I resolved to do the rest of my workout inside. 🙃
