1 hour zoom workout by one of my old teammates
30 minutes of warm up/mobility - ladder drills and variations of balancing on one leg, single leg squats and jumps
20 minutes of Strength - this was all push ups. I did modified versions on my knees and at an incline since i'm still not able to do a real push up
8 minutes of cardio - 1 minutes of burpees, star jumps, in and out abs, squat jumps and a few other things I forgot
