Burpees

Lawn mower sled push
Sand bag over the rainbow slams

Box jumps
Weighted dumbbell ski thrusters

Sand bag jump slams
Bicep curls

Kettle bell squat jumps for distance
One legged height jumps

Finished with some cardio 2 rounds
2 min minimum each station
Rower
Jump rope
Assault bike
