Belated Sunday workout post

I know I forgot to post my workout from yesterday, but I'm still hoping that I will get the credit points, Dr. G.

5 min warm up
2 rounds:
:50 on, :10 off
squats
burpees
hollow rock
monster sumo walks
walkouts
frog squats
crab crawl
reverse crunches
jump lunges
side gorillas

same thing, 2 rounds:
push up
sprawl (it's like a half burpee)
heel taps
reverse star push up
sit thru (starting in rugby body position, turning your hips to one side and lowering your outer thigh to the ground and back up and then switch)
diamond push up
seal jacks
jack knife
superman waves
lateral run

15 min cool down stretch/yoga
