Partner workout:
4 rounds through each:
Partner 1 - Run 400m
Partner 2 - AMRAP - 20 alt single arm DB snatch + 20 alt single leg squats
Then we did passing, kicking, hooker throws...all sorts of shit.
Also did 32 push-ups.
Finished with some agility work and tackling the pad.
Oh, rugby, I miss you!
