Warmup
2 rounds: 60 sec mt climber, 12 Samson lunges, 8 bootstrap squats, 10 glute bridge, 15 sec crab hold

4 rounds: 10 situps + 10 v-ups + 10 tuck-ups

Conditioning
30-20-10
Goblet Squats
Russian KB swings

1 min jump rope** after each round

**for some reason i wrote "rope" as "roap" like 3 times before finally getting it right
