Ngl, my confidence is shaken after getting the day wrong last week.

2 rounds:
Tabata 20/10
Side-to-side jump squats
Bear crawls
Hostages
Navy seal burpees
Plank jacks
Squat to calf raise

:20 rest

Then 50s/10s
Split lunge pulse
Walk outs
Plank
Curtsy lunge
Running in place

:20 rest

Then for each pair, :30 each, :15 s rest
Squat hold
Glute bridge

Single-leg DL left
Single-leg DL right


Alternating side lunge
Sit thrus

:30 rest

Then repeat the Tabata round for a closing group

Cool down

Then 23:00 yoga with Adriene session for upper back love. Didn't work, still stressed
