So many different Plank variations

Who knew?

Similar to the other day, start with 2 rounds:
Tabata 20/10
Push up + row
Hindu push up (think moving from downdog to cobra, emphasis on going low to the ground before pushing up)
Supermans
Hand shuffle (I cried)
Plank up downs
Plank rotation

:20 rest

50/10
Windmill push ups
Lying YTW arm raise
Push-up hand tap
Plank jacks
Russian twist

:20 rest

30/30/15
Squat pulses
Plank

Lateral crawl
Walkout

Kick sits
Plank shoulder tap

:30 rest

Then the Tabata round again
