Small Cardio: 10 rounds --> 30 sec jump rope, 30 sec rest

Warm Up: 2 rounds --> 10 samson lunges, 10 toy soldier kicks, 5/5 fire hydrants, 10 good mornings, 10 sumo inch worms

Hamstrings: 3 rounds --> 10 slow DB good mornings, 10/10 single leg glute bridge

Conditioning:

Finisher: 9 pull-ups + 18 push-ups
