25 kb swings
20 squat w/ kb
15 shoulder press
10 curtsey lunges
5 push ups
Then 20 min AMRAP
20 squats
10 reverse lunges
5 push ups
5 leg lifts
10 reverse crunches
20 sit ups
I used a big bottle of laundry detergent as my kettlebell bc I'm an equipment-less noob :)
