Wednesday WOD

Pre-warmup: Walk to gym

Warmup: 2 rounds --> 30 sec assault bike, 30 sec standing windmill, 30 sec grasshopper (L), 30 sec grasshopper (R)

Conditioning: 34 minutes. I did the assault bike because I hate it so I should probably do it more. Did my cleans @ 75 for first round and 65 for second round.



Cooldown: 2 min assault bike and walk home
