Christmas Cardio

Working off too many xmas apps and maintaining sanity on Day 4 of being home.

30mins walking
4x10 burpees
4x16 kettlebells 25 lbs
3x10 weighted ball throws 16lbs
3x45sec. Battle rope
4x10 light deadlights
4x8 light barbell shoulder press
4x10 leg press//calf raises 180lbs.
