Crossfit 12.10

WARMUP
2 minutes cardio
10 band pull aparts
10 diagonal band pull aparts (each side)
10 banded face pulls
10 low banded face pus

STRENGTH
Bench press: 5 x 4

METCON
4 rounds for time:
50 double unders  I did alternating doubles
15 toes to bar  I did a combo of T2B and toes to parallel
15 pushups
