4 x 10 incline dumbell flyes @ 15lbs.
4 x 10 bench dips
4 x 10 dumbell flyes @ 15lbs.
4 x 10 skull crushers @ 30lbs.
3 x 10 barbell bench press @ 45, 65, 65lbs
4 x 10 dumbell tricep extension @ 25lbs
