Dec 20th- Sprints and cramps
Yay! cardio day (total sarcasm).
15 mins elliptical- Level 3, Hills workout
10 Rounds: Sprint 1 min, Walk 30 secs
run on incline for 5 mins, then cool down/stretch.
My lunch time home..
