Florida Crossfit

Dropped in at Crossfit Black Hive St. Augustine while I'm at home for Christmas! Stopped wearing my fitbit since it's not good for my capital A Anxiety to see my heart rate all the time so today I just have a pic of the white board with me in the reflection

STRENGTH: 
5 rounds (every 2 minutes)
Complex of 2 power cleans + 2 hang power cleans
Increase weight each round

METCON:
12 minute AMRAP
1 squat snatch (I can't do squat snatches so I caught it somewhere above parallel and finished the squat)
3 power clean + jerks
30 double unders (I did alternating singles/doubles)

Score: 9 + 4
