Forgot to take a pic during the actual workout but did HIIT today:
3 x 30 sec. Battle rope // 3 x 15 10lb weighted ball throws
3 x 10 burpees // 3 x 16 20lb kettlebell swings
2 x 10 box jumps (stopped early because I very loudly fell on my face)
3 x 15 cal assualt bike // 10 pushups
5 x 20 crunches
