Jan 7th Workout-Cardio

I don't know what the arc trainer actually is supposed to actually represent, but I did my first REAL workout on it...not too bad.

30 mins hill intervals, level four. Pushed to maintain same speed through hills.

500 meter row (sprint) 1:55 time

50 chrunches
60 secs Plank
25 leg raises
60 secs Plank
