Double entry, getting my minimum 2 workouts in per week, woot woot!
Yesterday's Crossfit:
Metcon: 5 rounds of Run 200m, 7 Toes 2 Bar, 14 Single Arm DB Push Press (25)
Finished in 10:31.
Strength: 10-8-6-6 of seated KB strict press (25) alternating with barbell row (increasing weight from 65--->85)
Today's Crossfit:
Strength: 5 heavy-ish back squat singles @ 155
Metcon: 3 min on/3 min off x 3 rounds: 20 Cal row, 15 goblet squats (35), AMRAP step-ups in remaining time. Got 50 total step-ups. Definitely died third round on the rower. Need to get that strength-endurance back up!
