Upper body bro lifts
Took a day off from crossfit while my ankle still hurts and did some upper body stuff! Thanks to Chelsea for the workout plan 👊🏻
5x10 barbell row (65)
5x8-10 strict press (45, 45, 50, 50, 50)
3x15 single arm DB bench (20)
3x15 hammer curl (12.5)
3x50 tricep cable extension (10)
3x50 lat pull down (25)
