"Cardio Wendler"

Every 5 minutes x 4 rounds:

Row 400m
5 Deadlifts

Weights increase each round on the DL - I did 135, 145, 165, 185.

Casual Finisher:
100 band pull aparts
50 hollow rocks
50 ring rows
100 banded good mornings

Edit: Later in the day went to Duke Gym with Juliet for Upper Body Bro Lifts (see above).
