Minutes 3-7: 2 push press (70, 75, 80, 85, 90)
Minutes 8-11: 1 push jerk (95, 100, 105, 110)

15 deadlifts (115)
30 pushups

20 box pushups (24" box)

10 handstand pushups

**This was supposed to be 4 sets of each movement but my barbell partner and I messed this up (in true Juliet fashion, basic counting tripped me up) and we switched to push press one round too early so we ended up doing 3 sets of strict press and 5 sets of push press.
