Lunch break!

Took an hour out of my work day (okay, an hour and 40 minutes) to make it to front squat day at the gym. 

STRENGTH
Front squat:
EMOM X 12: 1 front squat
(65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 120, 120, 120, 120, 120, 120)

METCON
5 rounds for time:
12 pistol squats (I did mine to a 14" box but should have done something more challenging)
10 shoulder to overhead (65)
100m farmers carry (25# kettlebells)
Time: 13:47
