Morning gym

STRENGTH
Every minute for 8 minutes:
4 strict pullups (I used a 3/4" band)

Then, every minute for 8 minutes:
3 strict dips

METCON
3 rounds for time:
50 air squats
12 pullups
10 devil's press (20s) - basically a burpee + double dumbbell snatch
Time: 13:10
