Ok I keep forgetting to post my workouts, but I am doing them!
After running for 2 minutes, I slipped and ate shit on the side walk on a very busy road. Then I tried to run 2 more miles with a messed up knee.
Then some lower body work:
Weighted calf raises 8 x 3, 25 lb bells
Weighted lunge 8 x 2, 25 lb
Plyo ball lunges 8 x 3
Body position plank, 1:00 x 3
