Wednesday Fun Times

I went early to squat before class - who am I?

4x5  tempo (21X1) front squats (85, 95, 105, 105)

In class we did a bunch of rowing technique drills.

Then the workout was 4 rounds, starting new round every 5 minutes:

9 pullups
21 American KB swings (30)
24 cal row
