Against all odds I got to the gym

Back squat: work up to a heavy 1-rep (got to 175)

Today did not feel like a true 1-rep max because everything hurts and I'm dying but under the circumstances I was really happy with how it went. 

Then,

As many rounds as possible in 16 minutes:
-200m run
-Max unbroken front squats (65)
-Max unbroken pushups
Score = total number of squats + pushups completed (My score: 133)

My goal for this workout was just to keep moving and do 16 minutes of consistent work so I stuck with 10 front squats and 15 pushups each round for 4 rounds, then on the last round I squeezed in a few extra reps of each
