I did all of these cleans at 90#; we had the option to start light and increase each set or work with a moderate weight the whole time and I chose moderate
Every 0:20 for 9 rounds:
1 power clean
Every 0:40 for 6 rounds:
Complex of 1 power clean + 1 squat clean
Every 1:00 for 4 rounds:
Complex of 1 power clean + 1 squat clean + 1 hang squat clean
METCON
For time:
400m run
50 power cleans (85)
50 bar facing burpees
400m run
We could split up the burpees and power cleans however we wanted - a few psychopaths did 50 power cleans then 50 burpees. A good strategy would have been 5 rounds of 10 each but I did random sets of however many I felt like (anywhere between 5 and 20 at a time) because consistency is boring
