Friday.

Walked 3 miles around the neighborhood - I have been doing this every day after work with So Jin and that's been my warmup for working out. This time we brought road beers

5 rounds, 0:30 work / 1:00 rest
Max backpack deadlifts (30 lb)

Worked on wall walks: 5x1 with 0:20 rest

For time:
21-15-9
Backpack deadlifts (30)
Hand release pushups
0:30 handstand hold between sets
Score: 5:55

My PLAN was to do 7-5-3 wall walks instead of 21-15-9 pushups but the wall walks turned out to be harder than I thought so I did regular pushups with added handstand holds
