Today: Driveway workout
9 min AMRAP:
10 sumo deadlift high pulls (with bag of dog food, 31.1 lbs)
50 single unders
15 sit-ups (Did these down the hill so they were spicy!)
Score - 6 rounds even
Then I did the following:
4 x 0:20 hollow hold
4 x 0:20 arch hold
4 x 7 scap push-ups + 7 overhead broom squats
I've decided one of my main fitness goals for this quarantine period is to get really good at double unders. To that end, I finished with 10 x 10 unbroken double unders --> going to ramp this number up each day until I don't suck!
