It's been one hell of a week, but I was happy to make it to workout today.
Strength: 6 sets of 4 push press
Increasing weight each round (75, 85, 95, 100, 105, 110)
Metcon: Every minute on the minute x 10 minutes:
-3 hang clean
-3 push press
-3 burpees
I used 75.
Then I re-tested my mile (again). I wasn't happy with the time I got on Tuesday (only 6 seconds faster than baseline) and knew I could do better. Might have had a small puke and a small cry...but this time it was 21 seconds faster. Goal is to get into the sub-7 club so I need to keep pushing! :)
