Emerged from dissertation isolation into a different kind of isolation entirely.
Today's at-home WOD:
18-15-12-9-6
Pushups
Loaded Squats
Burpees
Took about 12:30 based on approximate post-workout song length math. For the loaded squats, I hugged a giant unopened bag of potting soil to my chest. Probably about 50 lbs. Worked tremendously well.
