AMRAP pistol squats in 1:00
200m sprint

Score: 129 pistols (37, 37, 19, 18, 18 per round)

It took me until round 3 to find a good scale for the pistols since I can't do them completely unassisted but rounds 1 and 2 using a chair were too easy - ended up doing them to a 14" ottoman

WORKOUT 2
4 rounds, 2:00 work 1:00 rest:
50 penguin taps (aka double unders without a jump rope)
Round 1: max air squats
Round 2: max lunges
Round 3: max burpees
Round 4: max situps
Score: 143 total reps
R1 = 45
R2 = 36
R3 = 22
R4 = 40
