Saturday + Sunday

Slow on the uptake that folx were still using the blog.

SATURDAY!~

The workout Juliet posted (also, thank you Juliet for giving me most of my workouts this weekend lol):
EMOM
odd minute 10 lateral lunges, 5 shoulder taps
even minute 10 high jumps, 5 pike push ups

Then I did day #2 of the Brute Force workout
EMRAP in 12 minutes
4 lunges
4 burpees
4 V ups

Then I followed up with Day 6: "Ignite" of Adriene's "Home yoga series. Apparently according to Adriene, "Ignite" means igniting your core until it is on fire, omg it was a lot.

SUNDAY!~~!

Day 4 of the Brute Force
2 rounds for time:
30 jumping jacks
30 air squats
:30 plank
30 high knees
30 lunges
:30 plank
30 sit ups
30 push ups
:30 plank
Time: 19:30

And finished it off with Day 7 "Stretch" of Adriene's "Home" yoga series.


And rounding all this off with long walks because otherwise I WILL lose what little remains of my sanity (probably will lose it anyway, but this slows my deterioration into mental decrepitude).
