Odd minutes:
10 lateral lunges w kettlebell
5 shoulder taps
Even minutes:
10 high jumps
5 pike pushups
Also threw in a couple air squats and 'deadlifts' using one of our chickens as a weight even though it was like <1 lb.
Did this one in the backyard. My supportive parents came out halfway through to play the Rocky theme song followed by Eye of the Tiger.
