Zoom workout day 2

3' AMRAP:
15 chair step-ups
15 situps
Max sandbag clean + jerks in remaining time

4' AMRAP:
20 chair step-ups
20 situps
Max sandbag clean + jerks

5' AMRAP:
25 chair step-ups
25 situps
Max sandbag clean + jerks

Then, a really tough chipper wod!

For time:
50 weighted sandbag lunges
40 kettlebell swings (but with sandbag)
30 burpee step-ups
40 sandbag swings
50 weighted lunges
Time: 11:00

    What would be the difference between a kettlebell swing with a sandbag and a sandbag swing? (I only have a 15lb kettlebell)

    1. Use a kettlebell! I only use a sandbag because I don't have a kettlebell
