Odd minutes - 10 lateral lunges + 5 shoulder taps
Even minutes - 10 high jumps + 5 pike push-ups

Then I did 10 x 11 unbroken double unders.
Then I went for a ~5 mile hike at the Eno with the crew.
All in all, a great day for being active.
Sunday
Started my day with a Crossfit Mobility WOD for one hour via Zoom. Lovely to see my gym folks even virtually.
Kelly and I decided (read: I decided for us) that we're going to do all 75 of the Crossfit Durham travel WODS that someone conveniently posted here: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/28569778865854458/
#17 - 5 rounds for time
0:30 second handstand hold
20 air squats
Time - 7:00.
#25 - 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Burpees
Sit-ups
Time - 7:05.
Then I did 10 x 12 unbroken double unders. Definitely feel them improving already.
Finished with about 15 minutes of knee PT single leg things.
